Online Purchases

1.Return for Exchange:

• If you wish to return an item purchased online, please return it to your nearest outlet within 14 days of purchase.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all labels and tags intact, with proof of purchase.

2 Original Condition:

• The product should be in its original packaging, with all labels in good condition.
• The product must not have been used and should be resellable at full price.

3. Exchanges:

• Exchanges are only available for products that meet the above conditions.
• Online exchanges are not available for sale or discounted items.
• Delivery Charges: We will charge for the delivery of the replacement product and exchange pick-up.
• Damaged Items: If the item is damaged, the delivery for its replacement will be free of charge.

4. Delivery Charges:

• Delivery charges for the original purchase are non-refundable.
• Usual delivery costs will apply to deliver the replacement product unless the item is damaged.

5. Responsibility:

• You are responsible for taking reasonable care when packing products for exchange to prevent damages during transportation back to us.

• No Refunds Available: Due to the high interest charges associated with Koko and Mintpay installment payment methods, refunds are not available for purchases made using these options. Please carefully consider this before selecting these payment methods at checkout.
